Cuso International will be holding an information session on August 23 for Spanish-speaking professionals, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Friends House (60 Lowther Avenue, Toronto)
The information session will provide details about Cuso International’s programs in Central and South America. Cuso International is an international development organization that works in more than 40 countries around the world. Each year Cuso International sends over 200 people to lend their skills and work alongside local counterparts in NGOs, community organizations, schools, and governments.
In addition to our general recruitment, Cuso International has a Diaspora Volunteering Program where we recruit members of various Diaspora groups who have the professional skills, hands-on knowledge
and the perspectives needed to work in solidarity with our partner organizations to reduce poverty, share skills and change lives. Our programs are supported by the Canadian government and donors; this
allows us to cover all associated costs – from airfare and health insurance to accommodation and a modest living allowance. More information can be found at http://www.cusointernational.org.
