La ola de calor que Ontario ha estado soportando en estos días se ha convertido en una tormenta que está afectado a la zona sur de la región. El portal Enviroment Canadá emitió esta mañana una alerta sobre la tormenta.
"Dadas las altas temperaturas y la humedad, algunas de estas tormentas eléctricas pueden ser intensas y dar como resultado lluvias torrenciales", continúa. "Algunos lugares podrían recibir del orden de 25 a 50 mm de lluvia en un corto período de tiempo. Las ráfagas localizadas de viento de hasta 90 km/h también serán una preocupación".
