Buscamos contratistas con experiencia en limpieza y restauración de pisos y alfombras para trabajar en el área del GTA

Responsabilidades:

Fregado, encerado y pulimiento de pisos
Lavado y extracción de alfombras
Uso de maquinaria a gas y eléctrica como pulidoras, aspiradoras, hidrolavadoras, extractores, fregadoras automáticas, etc.
Otros trabajos de limpieza como desempolvar, remover basura, aspirar, mopear, limpieza de ventanas (primer nivel)
Seguir los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad.

Los trabajos usualmente son programados después de las 6 PM. Podemos ofrecer hasta 48 horas de trabajo por semana.

Los pagos son negociables dependiendo del trabajo (empezando por $20/hora). Proveemos la maquinaria y cualquier entrenamiento adicional.

Requerimientos:

Licencia de conducir y vehículo propio (Podemos proveer vehículo después de 3 meses de prueba)
Certificado de IICRC es deseable pero no es mandatorio
Trabajar bien en equipo e independientemente
Puntual
Buen comunicador y administrador del tiempo.
Puede comunicarse bien en inglés (verbal y escrito)
Puede trabajar legalmente en Canadá.

We are looking for floor and carpet cleaning technicians CONTRACTORS to work in the GTA area

Duties:

Scrubbing, stripping, buffing, and refinishing (waxing) floors.
Steam cleaning carpets with commercial extractor.
Use of gas or electrical equipment such as auto-scrubbers, commercial vacuums, power washers, floor machines, steam cleaners, etc.
Other janitorial duties such as high dusting, garbage extraction, vacuuming, damp mopping, window cleaning (ground level), etc.
Follow established procedures and health and safety regulations.

Usually, work is to be completed after 6 pm.

CONTRACTORS are welcome (piecework pay). Starting at $20.00/Hour

Requirements:

Full G license. Own car. (Company vehicle may be provide after satisfactory probationary period)
IICRC certification preferable (not required)
Excellent team worker
Punctual
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Able to communicate in spoken and written English.
Available to work different shifts and weekends (to a maximum of 48 hours/week)
Be able to travel GTA area.
Must be physical fit to handle heavy equipment and other duties of the job.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
